What you have been Waiting for a Long Time! ECAP

The support offered to servicers by the Bilstein Group is now even more comprehensive! The leading international company – Bilstein Group offers from now on also professional advancement, besides innovative software and production solutions. The company Febi Gap has realised a project titled ECAP which has been welcomed with great enthusiasm and interest in the automotive field. It is a question of the first school centre for training and advancement of free servicers in Serbia, realised under the auspices of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Dortmund. ECAP offers its trainees support in all operation fields in the ultimate aim to further improve and advance their existing knowledge related to complete vehicles – fields such as mechanics, electrics, electronics, service centre management, active and passive safety systems … Top professionals – lecturers from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Germany will endeavour to advance the theoretical and practical knowledge of their attendants in order to enable them to easily get technical information, get acquainted with modern technologies and trends, making their training complete on a modern, world level. The training has been conceived to be in the form of seminars, covering different kinds of courses in the above mentioned fields. Attendants will be able to decide to attend an entire seminar, but may also choose among individual courses, depending on their requirements and fields of interest. The advantage of the ECAP school centre is in that training will be performed in groups with a small number of attendants, whereby coaches will be able to pay maximum attention to each attendant separately. The opening ceremony of the first school centre of this kind in Serbia, but also in the Balkans was held on September 27 in the presence of a large number of guests from Serbia and abroad. Special guests at the ceremony were among others the company director – Mr. Karsten Schuessler Bilstein, the International Sales Director – Mr. Urlih Wiedemuth, the Commercial Vehicles Program – Mr. Andre Mueller, Ms Mirjam Wickert, Mr. Rainer Popiol – ThyssenKrupp Bilstein, Mr. Christoph Mader – Saint Gobain Autover, Ms Sabine Konstantin – BTS Turbolader, Mr. Christoph Eichen – the first Secretary for Economic Cooperation of the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany, Ms Ivana Matijević – AHK Delegation of German Economy in Serbia, Ms Stefanie Ruck – SEQUA and GIZ, Mr. Klaus-Dieter Werthmann, Mr. Bernd Techau – The Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Dortmund, Mr. Wolfgang Brehl – BBH Didaktische Ausstattung, Prof. Čedomir Dubka – the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering as well as numerous other directors of secondary and professional colleges and electro-technical schools, local and foreign big companies in the field of automotive industry (partners of Febi GAP). Besides getting basic information about the school centre and seminar presentation, the attendants of the gala ceremony also had the opportunity to entertain themselves in the spirit of old Serbian tradition, music and folklore, try Serbian cuisine specialties or take part in some of the Serbian ethno dances. A humanitarian action was also organized, titled’’ECAP for Babies’’ at which money was collected to support the action of the B92 fund ‘’The Battle for Babies’’. The general conclusion was that the ECAP school centre will shift borders in the future and contribute to an increment of usable vehicle quality and traffic safety in Seriba, which is in the interest of all of us.
